WATER MEDITATION
While Dreaming in the Windo^© Peace

Chewing dulse--this image scruffy diffused
like water shifting
shows me that chewing
is connected directly to the bottom of the well--
sacredness and available of water,
responsibility of one
for the other.

Find your image
which connects
feeding to the source--
close eyes  feed  chew  swallow
connect to the source.

When we gather together around a meal
the source is an unbroken circuit flowing,
our particular water loop we're tapped into.

How easily broken
how easily meandering off
into rock lost  dried
how easily tainted.

Oneness of sun
chlorophyll
plant juice water,
the water in our bodies in our saliva
in our digestion,
water in the entire ecosphere
moisture wellness
clean of poison
all come together at the pre-moment
before each bite
before each meal.
